操作指导(Operation instructions)：

瞬间活化加热8~10秒钟(温度控制在140℃-180℃)

Flash activation for 8~10s at 140℃-180℃.

在20~30公斤力的压力下压合8~10秒钟。

Press at 20~30kg/cm² for 8~10s.
